Managment Board
GX BANK maintains a two-tier board structure, consisting of a Management Board and a Supervisory Board. The Management Board is collectively responsible for the overall management, which includes, among others, developing and executing GX BANK's strategy and risk management policy, and setting and achieving GX BANK's objectives. The Supervisory Board oversees and advises the Management Board, and gives guidance to its general development. Each board is accountable to the General Meeting for the performance of its duties.
